Ramdin was charged with Level 2 breach 
of ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which 
refers to “conduct that is contrary to the spirit of the game” for a 
two-wicket victory 
in a meeting of the group in the oval.
The charge was laid by field umpire 
Steve Davis and Nigel Llong, the third umpire Tony Hill and fourth 
umpire Richard Kettleborough.
Ramdin has pleaded not guilty to the crime, and the hearing will take place in London on Monday.
Charges in connection with the incident in Pakistan’s innings when he said Ramdin sleep Misbah-ul-Haq.
The range of punishment for all Tier 2 
violation, a fine of between 50-100 percent of the match fee and the 
player or a suspension of up to two (2) matches ODI.
