Warm Up Match: Pakistan vs South Africa at the Oval on June 3
Having luxury of using any bowler from the 15-man squad, Pakistan
used all the pacers, except Mohammad Irfan, who apparently was rested,
as was Saeed Ajmal. The bowlers had reduced South Africa to 87-7 but a
late recovery JP Duminy (43) and Ryan McLaren (55) took South Africa to a
 defend-able 202.

Pakistan lost Nasir Jamshed (run out) early in the chase but 85-run partnership between Imran Farhat and Mohammad Hafeez, who was retired out making 54, put them in a commanding position. Farhat scored 56 runs, the most by any batsman in the game. Asad Shafiq could score only 17 and was caught at mid-on playing an unimpressive shot.
Umar Amin (27) and Misbah-ul-Haq (24) finished things off with ease as they chased the target in 46th over.
South Africa used 7 bowlers but only one [Lonwabo Tsotsobe, two scalps] could manage wickets. Morne Morkel and Dale Steyn bowled five and six overs respectively without claiming a wicket.
South Africa will face India at Cardiff on June 6 in the opening match of the event whereas Pakistan take on West Indies the next day at Oval on June 7.
