The film, which was directed by Syed Ali
Raza and written Vasay Chaudhry, unlike any previous Pakistani film, in
the sense that it is a commercial, but a weak story, which centers on
cricket.
Said knows that India and other
countries have developed films on such topics before, but feels that his
latest film is a pure Pakistani and a different species from the
scripts Said was known.
He said that, in general, it’s pretty
risky to make films about the sport, as they come across as dry, arguing
that if it is done wisely, it can be an interesting project, the
newspaper reported Express Tribune.
Saeed said that everything had been
strained even wonder how we could make this film is excellent, adding
that the audience would like this project too.
The film centers around a young boy
dreams of becoming a famous cricketer Shahid Afridi, one day, however, a
local club he plays becomes bankrupt, that changes everything.
